Actually there was a hat… and then there wasn’t. Seemed like the outfit called for one. DCNY recently released these cute lil Lacey Short & Vest sets that come in multiple denim washes. Adorable. The lacey detailing is very delicate and gives this set very a nice feminine flourish.
